SwiftAssent: The flight, dispatched from schedule to briefing
SwiftAssent builds and costs the route, selects and checks the alternates, holds the diversion and ETOPS constraints inside the search, then files the plan and releases the briefing to the crew.
-
SwiftAssent OPS
Flight dispatch: route, alternates, diversion and ETOPS, filing and release, in one place.

01 How it works
From your schedule to the crew's briefing
-
01
One dossier per flight
Your operations system publishes the flight; everything writes into one record.
-
02
Route and alternates
Candidates optimised, alternates chosen and checked, each diversion routed as it would be flown.
-
03
Validate and file
Every candidate checked against the route rules and, in Europe, validated with the network; the cheapest valid plan comes first.
-
04
Release and watch
A signed briefing to the crew, then the flight monitored until departure.
02 SwiftAssent OPS
What OPS does

- Route optimiser
- Candidates generated and costed on fuel, time and route charges, against your cost index.
- Weather avoidance
- Hazards closed for the period they are valid, and the route built around them rather than bent afterwards.
- Navigation compliance
- Routes checked against airspace restrictions and, in Europe, validated with the network before they are ranked.
- Route charges optimisation
- Overflight costs priced into the choice, not discovered later.
- Suitability checks
- Every airport against weather, NOTAMs, approach minima, rescue and firefighting cover, over the window it would be used.
- Alternate selection
- ETOPS, fuel en-route, destination and take-off alternates, from your approved list in your order of preference, each routed and costed as it would be flown.
- GNSS redundancy
- Destination and its alternate never both rely on a GNSS approach.
- RAIM prediction
- GNSS integrity predicted for the route and the approaches, over the window each would be used.
- Best-runway selection
- Weather, performance and your operator profile together.
- NOTAM decoder
- Plain text, decoded and filtered to what affects this flight.
- GRF, SNOWTAM and ASHTAM
- Runway condition reports and volcanic ash notices read and applied to the suitability verdict.
- Mapping
- The route over winds, significant weather and hazards, with every airport's verdict on it.
- Filing and release
- The plan filed, the briefing signed and released to the crew, and the flight watched until departure.
03 SwiftAssent EFB
What EFB does

- The released briefing on the device
- Operational flight plan, charts, NOTAMs, weather and crew list, complete and available without a signal.
- Signature verified before display
- The device confirms the briefing is genuine and current, and refuses one it cannot confirm.
- Suitability on the aircraft
- The dispatcher's suitability engine on board, with unserviceable equipment raising the minima runway by runway.
- Check a TAF
- A forecast read against the airport's minima at the gate.
- Weather, NOTAMs and charts on request
- Refreshed whenever there is a connection.
- Acknowledgement
- Which crew hold which version, and a fresh acknowledgement when a change matters.
- Figures and logs back
- Figures and logs entered by the crew return to the flight's record.
