About this page
- The monitor checks five components every minute, from Cloudflare’s network: the API, messaging and logbook services of our hosted platform in Paris, and our two websites.
- The API handles sign-in and rosters; messaging carries crew chat; the logbook service holds pilot logbooks.
- Airline deployments are not listed on this public page.
- “No data” means the monitor made no check that day, or the day is before monitoring began. A day without data is never shown as operational.
- All times are in UTC.
- A day is operational at 99.9% uptime or more with fewer than 5% of its checks slow or degraded, and shows degraded performance when 5% or more were. Between 95% and 99.9% it shows a partial outage, and below 95% a major outage.
- An incident opens after two failed or slow checks in a row and closes at the first fully successful check.
- This page never shows a service as operational without a successful check. If the monitor itself stops reporting, the page says so.
- Raw data: the status document (JSON).
