Corporate site privacy policy

This policy applies exclusively to the corporate site squawklabs.app. Privacy policies for our applications (notably RosterSwift) are separate and accessible from each product's own site.

What we collect on this site

Nothing, by default. This corporate site does not use analytics cookies, does not load third-party trackers and does not store any advertising identifier in your browser.

Our servers and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) nevertheless log, for each request, minimal technical information needed for the service to operate: truncated IP address, requested page, user agent, timestamp. These logs are retained for a limited period and used exclusively for security and diagnostic purposes.

If you write to us

When you contact us by email (contact@squawklabs.app), we process your message and sender address solely to reply to you. This correspondence is not used for any other purpose, nor shared with third parties beyond the technical providers strictly required (mail hosting).

Cookies

No cookies are used on this site, beyond any strictly necessary CDN technical cookies required to deliver the page (DNS resolution, caching). No consent is therefore requested, this processing being exempt under the French Post and Electronic Communications Code.

Your rights

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have at all times the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@squawklabs.app. You also have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
